This past weekend we went on a vacation to Point Clear, AL. We stayed at the Grand Hotel and it was so nice! We went with Adam's parents, sister, brother-in-law, niece, grandmother and aunts and uncles. On Saturday, the golfers of the group played golf and the rest of us went and walked around downtown Fairhope. It's such a nice place! Then we went swimming and went out to eat that night. On Sunday we went to Foley and shopped at the outlets before we headed home.It was Avery's first long road trip. She was a trooper! I felt bad for her having to ride for so long in her car seat. But she did great! She was tired when we got home though. None of us slept great while we were gone because Avery didn't like the crib at the hotel. So guess where she got to sleep? In the bed with us! Two adults and a baby in a full size bed does not equal a good night's sleep! It was fun though to wake up to her sweet face! We all enjoyed our own beds last night though and she slept from about 9:30 last night until 9:00 this morning!
